Brit Lawrence

Brit Lawrence currently serves as the Director of the Transformation Office at OPENLANE, where responsibilities include overseeing a company-wide strategic initiative portfolio that has generated over $200 million in net recurring P&L impact since 2021. Previous roles at OPENLANE encompassed leadership positions in customer experience and global operations, IT program and product management, and IT project management, showcasing a strong track record in enterprise digital transformation, resource optimization, and change management. Prior to OPENLANE, Brit Lawrence contributed to the Indiana Public Retirement System as an IT Service Delivery Project Coordinator, advancing from technical support to project management, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics Finance and Management from Purdue University. Additional experience includes roles in product development at University Loft Company and copy editing for an Associated Press affiliated college newspaper.
