Jerome Davadilla

Jerome Davadilla has a diverse and extensive work experience in software development and management roles. Jerome is currently serving as the Director of Software Development at CARWAVE, where they manage a development team and implements Agile/Scrum processes. Jerome has introduced updated Scrum guidelines and explores ways to upgrade the CARWAVE system using AWS platform and services. In addition, they lead the implementation of e2e automation tests on web and mobile apps and investigates the feasibility of integrating BacklotCars apps with the marketing team's preferred toolset.

Prior to CARWAVE, Jerome worked as the Chief Software Architect at Saperium, focusing on custom software development using Microsoft .NET technologies and AWS stack. Jerome also has experience in mobile application development, full stack development, cloud computing, and DevOps.

Jerome has held previous roles as a Software Development Manager at Primesoft and as the Head of Development at LTI - Lakeside Technologies and Edsamail. Jerome'sskills and expertise span across various technologies and platforms, including MEAN stack, ASP.NET/C#, Ruby on Rails, and React/nextjs.

Jerome Davadilla pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from 1992 to 1997 at Mapúa University.
