Ansel Dow

Ansel Dow is a Senior Engineering Consultant at RQM+ since August 2021, specializing in managing teams for post-market surveillance submissions and authoring critical regulatory documents for medical devices and in vitro diagnostic products. Ansel has a proven track record in developing strategies for regulatory submissions in the EU, UK, and Canada, along with revising PMS procedures to comply with evolving regulations. Previous roles include engineering consultant positions at Bioventus, where Ansel managed design deliverables and quality systems, and Teleflex Incorporated, where Ansel led cross-functional teams in quality control systems and process improvements. Ansel's early experience as a Summer Associate R&D Engineer at Medtronic included research and prototype development in surgical technologies. Ansel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
