Shawn Heeke

Shawn Heeke is a seasoned professional in customer service and strategic operations with extensive experience in the automotive technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at OPENLANE since June 2024, Shawn previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Operations at BacklotCars from February 2021 to June 2024. Prior to that, a lengthy tenure at TradeRev from May 2007 to February 2021 included roles such as Executive Director of Business Solutions and Senior Director of Strategic Operations, among others.
