Amber Belongia has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Amber began their career at Vanguard as an Institutional Training Coordinator, where they provided support and service to stakeholders and managed course information. Amber then worked at OppenheimerFunds as a Transfer Agent Supervisor-529, where they evaluated team members, developed solutions for training and technology, and served as a liaison for state plan relationships. After that, they joined SEED Financial Strategies as an Account Executive, collaborating with the planning team and developing client relationships. Most recently, Amber worked at S&S Activewear as a Credit Manager and then as the Director of Contact Center Operations, where they implemented change management initiatives, provided leadership to a large staff, and supported acquisitions.

Amber Belongia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism- Public Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in Romance Languages from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Personal Lines Insurance License from NAIC in July 2012 and various financial certifications such as Series 51, Series 26, Series 6, and Series 63 from FINRA, obtained between 2005 and 2011. Recently, in November 2021, they completed a Change Leader-Organizational Change Leadership certification from Apogy.
