Ivan Grudinin

Ivan Grudinin is an Integrated Photonics Test Architect at OpenLight since February 2024, and a member of Alchemist Accelerator since March 2023, where participation includes a mini-MBA program for B2B startups. Previously, Ivan founded Beamlet, developing innovative methods in FMCW lidar technology, and served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Rockley Photonics, automating photonics wafer testing. Ivan's extensive experience includes roles at Facebook's connectivity lab, Cruise with a focus on automotive lidar systems, and significant research positions at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Ivan holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Caltech and has completed several nanodegrees in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
