Michelle Rains, CISSP

Michelle Rains, CISSP, has a strong background in cybersecurity and engineering management. Michelle is currently working at Openly as an Engineering Manager since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Engineering Manager at Raytheon Technologies from November 2019 to April 2022. Before their time at Raytheon, Michelle worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at PepsiCo from January 2017 to November 2019. Michelle also gained experience as a Senior Systems Engineer and IT Administration at Raytheon from September 2016 to January 2017. Michelle started their career in cybersecurity as a Cyber Operations Manager and Staff Sergeant at the United States Air Force, serving from March 2011 to July 2016. Overall, Michelle's work experience spans various roles in cybersecurity, engineering management, and IT administration.

Michelle Rains, CISSP, has a strong educational background in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Michelle obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2017 to 2018.
