The Project Management team at OpenMyGame is responsible for overseeing the development of video game projects from conception to launch. This team, led by the Game Producer and supported by multiple Project Managers, ensures that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders to drive successful game delivery.
