Hristo Rusev has a diverse work experience in customer support and technical roles. Hristo started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Sixty K Ltd from June 2017 to February 2019. Hristo then joined TELUS as a Telesales Representative from April 2019 to November 2019. Following that, Hristo worked at Alorica as a Customer Support Specialist from January 2020 to December 2020, and later as a Refund Specialist from December 2020 to September 2021. Currently, Hristo is employed at OpenPayd as a Technical Support Engineer, starting from March 2021.
Hristo Rusev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" between 2016 and 2020. In addition, they received a certification in Business skills and Entrepreneurship from the Training Academy in January 2022.
