Senior Customer Success Manager at OpenPayd

Johanna Zygmunt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Johanna began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Northumbria University in 2013. After that, they worked as a Legal Advisor at the Student Law Office from September 2013 to June 2014.

In 2014, Johanna joined WorldFirst as a Private Client FX Dealer/Relationship Manager. Their responsibilities included working with private individuals for various money transfer needs such as property purchases and repatriation of overseas earnings. Johanna stayed with WorldFirst until July 2017.

Following their time at WorldFirst, Johanna joined iwoca in September 2017 as an Account Manager. Johanna was promoted to Senior Account Manager in June 2019 and held that position until April 2020.
