Harshal Jethwa is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in building and managing engineering teams and products across various domains. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager for AI/Productivity at OpenPhone, Harshal focuses on developing AI agents and copilots. Previously, as Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at LTV.ai, Harshal established a loyalty program and conversational marketing solutions for e-commerce, while scaling email operations significantly. At FleetOps, as Engineering Director and Co-Founder, Harshal directed technical strategies and product roadmaps, building core products for a real-time freight marketplace. Additional roles at Infusion, Yelp, OANDA, and others highlight a solid foundation in full-stack development and software consulting.
