Olivia Lees, PMP, is an accomplished recruiting operations manager with extensive experience in global recruiting operations. Currently serving as the Recruiting Operations Manager at OpenPhone since October 2022, Olivia previously held similar roles at Hopin and Airbnb, where responsibilities included managing recruiting operations and enhancing candidate experiences. Early career experiences include positions at Google, where Olivia coordinated recruiting activities for the EMEA region, and various personal assistant roles in organizations such as Monitor and Condé Nast International. A graduate of Bishop's University with a focus on English, Journalism, and Creative Writing, Olivia also demonstrated leadership skills as the Editor-in-Chief of The Campus Newspaper.
