Rachel Kleban

Rachel Kleban serves as the VP of People at OpenPhone since October 2023 and is also the Founder of LevelUp, focusing on creating customized leveling frameworks for organizations. Previously, Rachel operated as a Fractional HR Leader and Consultant for Rachel Kleban, LLC, where support was provided to growing companies in developing equitable HR practices. As VP of People and Places at VSCO®, significant contributions were made to People Operations and business strategy. Rachel's earlier roles include Talent Design Lead and HR Business Partner at Airbnb, and Human Resources Manager positions at Gap Inc. and Mervyn's. Rachel holds a BBA in Human Resources and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
