Relly Earl Noman

Relly Earl Noman has worked in the technology and logistics industry since 1994. Relly Earl began their career at STA Philippines as a Systems Engineer, then moved to STA America in 1997 as a Systems Architect. In 2000, they joined APL Logistics as a Manager of Applications Delivery and STA America On-site Consultant. During this time, they were part of a development team and developed applications such as TPMS, CMS, and CMS Dell Limerick. In 2008, they co-founded eF3 Systems, Inc. and served as the Chief Information Officer, managing the development of the Transportation Management System, Automated Booking Systems, and Warehouse Cross Dock Facility application suites. In 2012, they joined APL Logistics as a Senior Logistics Specialist. In 2015, they joined OpenPort as VP of Engineering and Technology Consultant, managing and implementing OpenPort's Web and Mobile Application Suites and integrating and adopting newer technologies such as Blockchain and AI. In 2019, they co-founded Insight Supply Chain Solutions and serves as Chief Technology Officer.

Relly Earl Noman attended the University of the Philippines from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. Relly Earl then attended Systems Technology Institute from 1993 to 1994, where they earned an Associate degree in Cobol Programming.
