Leigh Ann Gilson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leigh Ann began their career at SVForum in 2009, where they served as the Sponsor & International Programs Manager until 2011. Leigh Ann then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager at SVForum from June 2011 to November 2011. In 2012, Gilson worked as an Operations Manager for Retailigence Corporation for a brief period. Following that, they joined Sales Portal, Inc. as a Sr. Customer Success Manager from June 2012 to March 2014.
In 2014, Gilson joined DeviceAuthority, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they played a pivotal role in providing advanced, device-based security solutions for the Internet of Things. Leigh Ann worked there until 2017.
Since 2017, Gilson has been with Openprise, serving in a range of roles. Leigh Ann began as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for facilitating the analysis and unification of data across various departments. After a year, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager, where they continued to drive better business decisions through data management. In 2021, Gilson transitioned to the role of Customer Success Director at Openprise, further expanding their responsibilities. Leigh Ann then became a Principal Product Manager in 2022, contributing to the strategic direction of product development at Openprise. As of 2023, Gilson holds the position of Director, Product Management at Openprise.
