Dana Olsson, MHRM, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In their most recent role as the Director of Human Resources at OpenRoad Lending, they developed and implemented human resources strategies to support business objectives, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Dana also spearheaded the recruitment process and provided advice and counsel on human resources issues.

Prior to this, Dana worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Milk Specialties Company, where they partnered with business units to develop creative sourcing strategies and supported operations and supply chain initiatives. Dana also created a talent acquisition rating system and enhanced workforce standards.

Dana's earlier experiences include serving as a Server/Trainer at Chili's and a Human Resources Generalist at Composites One/ Great Lakes Synergy. In these roles, they implemented leadership talent reviews, led culture change, and developed recruitment strategies for sales and operations staff.

Dana began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at E.A. Langenfeld, where they implemented an HRIS system for cost savings and supported talent reviews, performance management, and team development.

Throughout their career, Dana has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and compliance.

Dana Olsson, MHRM, PHR, completed their education at various institutions. Dana holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois. Dana's education journey began at Elk Grove High School. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in January 2014.
