Tiffany D. has a long and varied work history. In 2021, Tiffany began working at OpenRounds as the Accounting & Operations. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Director Of Administration at Digital Development. From 2018 to 2019, Tiffany worked at Sierra Land Investment, LLC as the Accounting & Human Resources Manager, where they managed all bookkeeping and accounting processes, created scope of work contracts, tracked project expenses, and created detailed client invoicing. Tiffany also managed all human resource functions, insurance policies and audits, business licenses and memberships. During the same time period, Tiffany was the Director Of Business Operations at Sierra Verde Group, where they managed all accounting functions including cash management controls, analyzing monthly expenses, preparing sales & use tax & other government compliance reporting, preparing 1099's and assisting outside CPA with annual tax returns. Tiffany also maintained oversite of daily operations; managed sales, administrative, and technician staff ensuring adherence to safety policies, company protocols, daily work schedules, and customer relations. Tiffany also worked at Feeding San Diego as an Accountant from 2011 to 2018, at Riveredge Advisory, Inc. as a Bookkeeper from 2007 to 2018, at Project Walk Spinal Cord Injury Recovery as a Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator and Executive Assistant from 2007 to 2018, and at Muscular Dystrophy Association as a Program Coordinator from 2007 to 2006. Finally, from 2006 to 2007, Tiffany was the CEO of Inland Empire Auto Glass.

Tiffany D. obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012, majoring in Business and Non-Profit Administration. Tiffany also obtained an Arts Management Certificate from the same institution in 2011, majoring in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. In 2014, Tiffany D. obtained a Supervisory Skills Certificate from Nonprofit Solutions. Tiffany is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA Candidate at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, majoring in Business Analytics, and is expected to graduate in 2021.
