Aina Ajayi

Aina Ajayi is the Accounting Operations Lead at OpenSea. Prior to joining OpenSea, Aina was the Financial Reporting Manager at Pardus Oil & Gas, LLC from September 2012 to March 2017. Aina was heavily involved in the preparation of the IPO S1 registration statement and performed corporate accounting functions such as stock compensation, depletion calculations, impairment determinations, asset retirement obligation, supplemental oil & gas reporting, and cash flow statement. Aina was also responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the Company's financial results including preparing the 10-K and 10-Q ensuring compliance with GAAP and the SEC rules. In addition, Aina coordinated quarterly reviews and year-end audit process with Auditors. Aina also prepared a Monthly Reporting Package of financial results and analysis for Senior Management which includes flash reports, flux analysis reports, G&A reporting statements comparing budget vs. actual & other monthly operational reports as part of the Company’s financial performance review. Furthermore, Aina was responsible for complex technical research, including documentation and communication thereof, ensuring the financial statements are in compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements.

They are on a team with and Mary Kauffman - Head of Technical Accounting & Reporting. Aina Ajayi reports to Yvonne Wiryadinata, VP, Accounting.
