Shabnam S. has extensive experience in client success and project management across various roles within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Client Lead and Paris Head of Customer Success and Support at Opensee since December 2021, Shabnam S. is responsible for client implementation and support, while also building the customer success capability in the Paris office. Previously, Shabnam S. held roles at Scaled Risk as a Professional Services Consultant, at BNP Paribas Asset Management as an Application Manager/IT Business Analyst, and at Linedata Services C&F as both a Business Analyst and Java Software Developer. Shabnam S. holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatique and a Master's degree in MIAGE from Paris-Sud University, as well as an education from Baku State University.
