Catalina Acevedo

Catalina Acevedo has a diverse work experience in various companies. Catalina currently works at OpenSistemas as a Talent Development Expert since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Expert at the same company from October 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining OpenSistemas, Catalina worked at Todosistemas STI as a Líder de Gestión Humana, where they led recruitment and selection processes for technology profiles, managed compensation and benefits programs, and implemented corporate training and career plans. Catalina was with the company from March 2017 to October 2021.

Catalina also worked at Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios as a Senior Personnel Administration Analyst from November 2015 to March 2017, where they handled personnel administration processes for the client Equion Energía and managed the entire hiring, induction, and termination process.
