Laeticia D. has a diverse work experience in the technology field. 💻 Laeticia started their career in 2013 as a System Administrator at Universidad de La Laguna, where they were responsible for maintaining external databases, scripting for automation of IT processes, and administering Linux and Windows services.

In 2014, Laeticia became a Web Developer at MUME Consultoria TIC, where they worked on data collection scrapping, creation and adaptation of Prestashop shops, and creation of web portals with Wordpress.

💻 Laeticia then moved on to Universidad de La Laguna as an IT Support Technician in 2014, where they focused on maintaining external databases, scripting for automation, and network and server administration.

In 2015, Laeticia joined Instituto Tecnológico y de Energías Renovables ITER S.A. as a Software Developer in the CEDeI Program. 💻 Laeticia was involved in developing using JSF, EJB, JPA, and Java Servlets, as well as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven. 💻 Laeticia also had experience as a Scrum User and Sprint Team Leader, and they worked on Android development and interface design.

From 2015 to 2016, Laeticia worked at Atos as a Researcher and Software Developer in ATOS Research and Innovation. Their responsibilities included developing in JSF, EJB, JPA, and Java Servlets, as well as Android development and DevOps.

Laeticia then joined GESTION Y PLANEAMIENTO TERRITORIAL Y MEDIOAMBIENTAL, S.A. in 2016 as a Software Engineer I+D+i. In this role, they were involved in co-creating and starting up the R&D Department, IT analysis, and implementation of m-Government strategies.

In 2020, Laeticia became a Cibersecurity Software Engineer at Redborder, where they worked as a developer, bug tester, auditor for certification, and team leader. 💻 Laeticia had experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Riak, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Bash Scripting, Python, Java, and Linux Centos 7.

Their next position was at Altia in 2021, where they served as a Tech Lead and Data Engineer. 💻 Laeticia was responsible for the generation and maintenance of open data portals, data governance, data management, analysis of ontologies and taxonomies, software and data architecture, and infrastructure using Docker and k8s. 💻 Laeticia had experience in Python, Kafka, Apache Airflow, CKAN, virtuoso, Redis, Solr, SQLalchemy, SPARQL, and RDF. 💻 Laeticia also took on the role of a BI Business Analyst during their time at Altia.

In 2022, Laeticia joined Clarity AI as a Team Lead and Data Engineer and led a team while working on data engineering projects.

Their most recent work experience is as a Data Engineer at OpenSistemas starting in 2023.

Laeticia D. completed a Posgrado en Data Governance + DataLakes in Ingeniería informática at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2022 to 2023.

Laeticia D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniero en Informatica from Universidad de La Laguna, which they completed from 2013 to 2017.

Before their Bachelor's degree, they earned an associate degree in Ingeniero Tecnico en Informatica de Gestion, also from Universidad de La Laguna, from 2002 to 2009.
