Joseph Holden

Joseph Holden has extensive experience in information communication and quality assurance, currently serving as an Information Communication Analyst and QA Tester at OpenSky Data Systems since July 2013. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality through mobile device testing on Android and iOS, webpage testing across various browsers, creating and executing tests, and documenting findings. Previous experience includes a role as a Computer Repair Technician at The Computer Store Nass, managing antivirus solutions and hardware/software repairs, and a position as a Shop Assistant at Centra Portarlington. Joseph Holden holds a BSc Hons in Computing in Cybersecurity from Letterkenny Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Networking and Systems Security from CCT College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computing from Griffith College Limerick.
