Tudor Pitulac

Tudor Pitulac has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tudor started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Al.I. Cuza University from February 1998 to June 1999. In 1996, they joined "Petre Andrei" University where they worked as a Teaching Assistant and eventually became a Professor, holding a PhD degree. During their time at "Petre Andrei" University, they also took on the role of a Project Manager, overseeing projects with a budget of around 3.000.000 euros from September 1998 to September 2018. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Consultant at North Ayrshire Council – Community Learning and Development. Most recently, they joined OpenSky Data Systems in September 2019 as the Head of the Research Projects Division.

Tudor Pitulac completed a Graduate Programme in Innovation and Enterprise Development at Trinity College Dublin in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing from the National College of Ireland from 2020 to 2021. Tudor also has a Post Doctorate in Sociology from the Romanian Academy, Iasi Branch, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Tudor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy from "Al.I. Cuza" University, Iasi, earned between 1998 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Political Sciences from the same institution from 1991 to 1996. In terms of certifications, Tudor Pitulac holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in January 2012.
