At Openspace, Linh is a key advisor for new investment opportunities and portfolio companies in Vietnam.

She has over 22 years of experience in finance, marketing, and operations. Currently, she is founder and CEO of TVL Group, a consulting company focused on skills-gap training and development, as well as branding and marketing. Linh has also been a judge on reality TV show Shark Tank Vietnam for 3 seasons.Her prior roles include CEO of Vingroup Ventures, a corporate VC fund, Head of Strategy and Operations at VinaCapital, a leading asset manager in Vietnam, and Director of Investments at DFJ VinaCapital, one of Vietnam’s first VC funds. Her early experience was as an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Securities in the New York office, where she worked on equity, debt and M&A deals. Linh has also held marketing and operational roles at internet start-ups, both as a founder and as an early employee.

He has extensive prior experience as Chairman & CEO of Evercore Asia; Vice Chairman, ASEAN with Macquarie Group; Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific; Director, Salomon Brothers Hong Kong Limited; Director and Investment Banking Head, Morgan Grenfell Asia, and Managing Director for PCI Capital.Stephen has a strong track record in advising prominent companies, and leading initial public offerings, equity, debt and advisory transactions in the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and the wider APAC region. Stephen holds an MBA (Finance) from the Wharton School of Business, an A.B. from Ateneo De Manila University, and a J.D. with honors from Ateneo School of Law.



Stephen Cuunjieng

At Openspace, Aristo is a key advisor for new investment opportunities and portfolio companies in Indonesia. He is a Board member and Managing Director of Hermina Hospitals, the largest private hospital network in Indonesia. His former roles include Director at Olympus Capital, Head of Indonesia – Investment Banking at Daiwa, and a Senior Vice President at Primex Capital. His background is in investment banking and private equity, where he spent time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. He is active in the Executive Committee of the impact chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Aristo holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

At Openspace, Miranda recruits the best talent for their team, as well as working closely with portfolio companies on critical hiring needs with providing the latest market sights.

Previously, she was with Shopee Singapore as Senior Recruiter supporting on the Engineering and Data Team hiring, as well as help building the People team. She was well-trained by the global recruitment agency Hudson, and grew her fundamental recruitment and HR knowledge with Advance Intelligence Group.

Miranda holds a Master in Management, from the Singapore Management University (SMU).

Miranda Wang

At Openspace, Jess is an active member of their investment team, supporting new deal opportunities and portfolio companies.

She was previously at Bain & Company in Singapore, where she gained vast project experience across multiple sectors, such as private equity, financial services and consumer products. Prior to Bain, she held internships in HSBC London, consulting for the investment banking division and was an active member of 180 Degrees, an international social impact organisation.

Jess holds a B.A. in Digital Culture from King's College, London.

Jess Qi

At Openspace, Adele is a critical member of the investment team overseeing opportunities for our OSV+ fund as well as providing advisory to our portfolio companies. Before joining, Adele was an Investment Banking Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team at UBS in Singapore. During her time there, she led and supported key workstreams for M&A transactions, IPOs, private capital raises and bond offerings in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, she held roles in the Investment Bank President's Management Office and Financial Institutions Group at UBS in London. Adele holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Adele Teh

At Openspace, Matt helps sources deals for investment team in Thailand and Singapore, as well as oversees our portfolio companies in both countries.

He was previously a Senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Company, where he had significant project experience in various sectors, including technology, private equity, financial services and consumer products. Before Bain, he held internships in Investment Banking and Real Estate Investments with BNP Paribas New York and with the Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC.)

Matt holds a B.A. Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Windsor

At Openspace, Dennis plays a critical role in their investment team, overseeing portfolio companies and opportunities in Vietnam and Singapore.  

He was previously at Roland Berger, working as a Consultant, and at Analysys Mason, where he focused on strategy development, operational improvement and transaction support in the telecommunications, media and technology practice. Before that, he had internships in the Equity Research team at Religare Capital Markets and Duxton Asset Management.

Dennis holds a CEMS Masters’ in International Management from the London School of Economics and HEC Paris, as well as a BBA (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Dennis Le

At Openspace, Tania is a vital member of the investment team overseeing portfolio companies and opportunities in Indonesia.

She was previously a member of the investment team in a multi-family office, focusing in healthcare and technology investments in Indonesia. In addition, she has experience in investment banking through her role as VP in the Corporate Finance team of RHB Indonesia and as a Senior Analyst in the M&A team of EY Indonesia.

Tania holds a BSc Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kay Chong is the Office Manager at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). She has over Nine Years of office operations experience. Prior to Openspace, Kay was working in Architectural Industry.

Zhe Hao Tan is a senior data analyst at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). Zhe was previously a data science intern at GovTech Singapore and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Zhe also interned as a machine learning developer at SAP and a product management intern at ViSenze - AI for Visual Commerce. At Openspace, Amy leads Ocular Crypto and Investor Relations.

Before joining, she was in Investor Relations at Dymon Asia Capital, a $6BN investment manager with strategies across hedge fund, PE, and VC. She also has three years of experience with Cambridge Associates, where she focused on research and investment operations in the private sector – covering PE, VC, real estate, and infrastructure.

Before joining, she was in Investor Relations at Dymon Asia Capital, a $6BN investment manager with strategies across hedge fund, PE and VC. She also has three years' experience with Cambridge Associates, where she focused on research and investment operations in the private sector – covering PE, VC, real estate and infrastructure.

Amy has been investing in crypto since 2017 into crypto venture and hedge funds, tokens (Defi, gaming, L1/L2), early projects and NFTs. She also is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities for Ocular, as well as providing crypto community coverage in SEA, China and US. Amy is also a member of the Bankless DAO.

During her time studying for a BBA in Accounting Honors (Second Upper) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Amy spent a semester in Mannheim University, Germany. She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA.)

Amy Zhao

Jaclyn Seow is the Director of ESG & Impact, Openhand at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). She has a decade of experience in the Singapore public service working on land allocation and healthcare policies. In this period, she represented Singapore in negotiations on global economic growth and development issues, as part of ASEAN and G77 at the [United Nations](/org/united-nations) in New York. 

Thereafter, she joined Raffles Medical Group, a public-listed regional healthcare group with a presence in 14 cities in Asia. Here, she expanded the health insurance portfolio from B2B into the B2C space, generating 7-figure revenues in the first year; and accelerated digital health initiatives, including teleconsultation, as Associate Director of Corporate Development.

Jaclyn graduated from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university) with a BA in Economics and Psychology (magna cum laude in Economics) on scholarship from the Singapore Government.


Jaclyn Seow

At Openspace, Pareen is an active member of the investment team, supporting across multiple opportunities and portfolio companies.

She was previously with Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting team in Singapore, where she covered the Financial Institutions sector. Her experience started with internships at Telenor Digital Businesses as a VC Strategy Analyst, and at Deutsche Bank as a Research Analyst.

Vanessa manages legal matters for the firm and its investments and advising their portfolio companies.  

Prior to joining, she was at an international law firm, where she advised on a range of corporate matters with a focus on venture capital and private equity, cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint venture matters.

Vanessa Teo

At Openspace, Nicole is part of the Investor Relations team, managing LP and GP relations.

Before joining she was part of the founding team at Ecoflow, a start-up in Singapore building sustainable water management solutions, where she led Product and Strategy. Prior to that, she was a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management division, where she advised UHNW clients on portfolio allocation, public markets and alternative investments.

Nicole holds a BBM from Singapore Management University, majoring in Finance and Strategic Management.

Nicole Pua

Omesh Fabiani is currently the Chief Financial Officer at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). Prior to this, they were with [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank) from January 2011 to December 2021, where they were Executive Director, Financial & Strategic Investors Group. In this role, they were responsible for coverage of financial and strategic investors (PE / VC / SWF) in APAC, with a focus on strategic transactions across investors' portfolio companies and funds, and working with companies on raising funds from investors.

Prior to [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank), Omesh worked at UBS Investment Bank from January 2006 to December 2011, where they were Associate Director, Corporate Finance and M&A. Omesh began their career at UBS as an Investment Banking Intern in Equity Capital Markets, Industrials from January 2005 to December 2005.

Omesh Fabiani has a BBA in Global Business and Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Omesh Fabiani

Nichapat Ark is a Director at Openspace. Nichapat Ark is also a member of screening committee for Bangkok Venture Club, the biggest angel investors network in Thailand. Nichapat has also represented Seedstars World in organizing annual early-stage startups competition for 3 consecutive events. She has 20 years experience in banking and client relationships from her roles with [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank), ABN Amro and [Bangkok Bank](/org/bangkok-bank-pcl).

Prior to joining Openspace, Nichapat was an executive committee member as well as MD & Head of Financial Markets for [Standard Chartered Bank](/org/standard-chartered-bank), Thailand. She was in charge of driving the bank’s strategy and the execution for asset & liability management and for the trading as well as the sales desk of foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity derivatives and structured investments.

Nichapat Ark

As a co-founder of Openspace, he has worked alongside Hian Goh since 2014, driving success across the whole firm. Aside from sitting on the Investment Committee, he represents us on the Boards of some of our most significant investments including, [Halodoc](/org/halodoc), Biofourmis, [TaniHub](/org/tanihub), and Finnomena.

Prior to 2014, he spent fourteen years in investment banking, with roles including Managing Director and Co-Head, Technology Investment Banking at Citigroup Asia-Pacific. During this time he worked closely with Asian technology companies, completing over $10BN of transactions with deal sizes from $30MN-$3BN and gaining an invaluable insight into their operations and growth.

Shane holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD Singapore and spent his early career as a strategy consultant for [Bain & Company](/org/bain) and GEM Consulting.

Shane Chesson

Ian Sikora currently represents Openspace on the board at [Pathao](/org/pathao) and Zenius. Ian was the Head of Product at HOOQ where he recruited, hired and led 12 person engineering team and rebuilt the entire tech stack in a year. Before HOOQ, Ian was working for the startup Premise Data in San Francisco where he built the company’s marketing and sales pipeline from scratch. He also worked at [Globe Telecom](/org/globe-telecom) in the Philippines where he managed the global launch of Facebook’s Internet.org. In 6 months, the product doubled the number of internet users on the network and got 1 million people to use the internet for the first time.

Ian Sikora

At Openspace, Kelvin is General Counsel, overseeing all legal, compliance and transaction execution matters for the firm.

A corporate / M&A lawyer by training, he works with our portfolio companies to structure their operations and transactions, helping them stay ahead of laws, regulations and negotiations. Prior to joining Openspace, he spent ten years with an international law firm, working with private equity and venture capital clients in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the London School of Economics.

Kelvin Goh

Raunaq Nanwani is an Associate at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). Prior to joining Openspace, Raunaq was a Consultant at EY, focusing on financial services. Raunaq’s project experiences include strategy and M&A with Insurance, Fintech and Private Equity.

Raunaq Nanwani

At Openspace, Jessica leads OSV+, the mid-stage growth fund as well as having a leadership role in the investment team.

She has over 14 years of growth- and late-stage investment and corporate strategy experience across Asia Pacific. Her previous roles include leading the investment team in Southeast Asia for Providence Equity Partners – global telecommunications, media, and technology sector focused private equity fund. More recently, she headed Corporate Strategy & Business Development, APAC, for [The Walt Disney Company](/org/disney), where she helmed key strategic initiatives and M&A across the region. Earlier in her career, Jessica worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking and Asia Debt Capital Markets teams at [Citigroup](/org/citigroup).

Kong was also a Business Analyst Intern at Du'Anyam from May 2019 to August 2019. From August 2020 to June 2021, they were a Research Assistant at the [National University of Singapore](/org/national-university-of-singapore). From January 2019 to April 2019, they were a Teaching Assistant for the module "Data Management and Visualisation" at the [National University of Singapore](/org/national-university-of-singapore). Prior to that, they were an Payroll and Data Migration Intern at [Accenture](/org/accenture) from May 2018 to July 2018. Prior to joining Openspace, Trang worked as a CTA-Project Specialist at the Boston Consulting Group from August 2020 to March 2021. Before their time at BCG, they were an Investment Banking Fall Analyst at [G2 Capital Advisors](/org/g2-capital-advisors) from August 2018 to September 2018 and an Wealth Management - Business Development Intern at Amundi US from January 2018 to June 2018. Trang also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Tully & Holland, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2019 and as a Business Analyst Intern at [GuestReady](/org/guestready) from January 2017 to June 2017. Her very first job was as an Enabling Engineering Office Assistant at [Northeastern University](/org/northeastern-university) from January 2016 to June 2016. Prior to that, they were an Analyst at [Deutsche Bank](/org/deutsche-bank) from June 2019 to November 2021, and before that, a Key Accounts Manager at [Procter & Gamble](/org/procter-gamble) from July 2018 to May 2019. Jomo started their career as an Finance and Accounts Associate at Acudeen Technologies Inc. from July 2017 to August 2017. Jomo also interned as an Equity Research Summer Analyst at Deutsche Regis Partners, Inc. from June 2017 to July 2017.

Prior to joining Openspace, Juancho was an Associate at Primeiro Partners, a leading independent investment bank in the Philippines where he advised clients in the real estate, technology, agriculture, and financial services sectors. He's also a part-time faculty member at the Finance & Accounting Department of the John Gokongwei School of Management at the [Ateneo de Manila University](/org/ateneo-de-manila-university).

Juancho Jimenez

Hian Goh is the Founder & Partner at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). Hian co-founded [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures) with Shane Chesson in 2014. 

Hian also serves as a Board Member at Kumu, Chope, [Love, Bonito](/org/love-bonito), and Igloo Insurance and has over fourteen years of entrepreneurship experience in Asia. He is also the founder of AFC, a 24-hour pay-TV channel, sold to US media giant, Scripps Interactive in Apr 2013 for US$66mm. Hian raised over $20mm of VC financing for AFC's “Winner of the Best performing investment by Singapore VC” Award.

Previously, Hian was an advisor to Infocomm Investments, VC arm of IDA, and formerly with Salomon Smith Barney TMT Investment Banking.

Hian holds an MBA from INSEAD Singapore and received a Law degree from Trinity College Oxford.

Gervin Yang has more than 10 years of experience in investment management in public and private markets. Prior to Openspace, Gervin was part of the Franklin Templeton Emerging Markets Equity Team and covered the Technology Sector. Prior to Templeton, Gervin was with [Deutsche Bank](/org/deutsche-bank) in Singapore.

Gervin Yang

Wenbo Zong is the VP of Engineering at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). Wenbo has 10+ years technical development experience, particularly in the area of audio signal processing and distributed systems. 

Prior to joining [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures), Wenbo was with Sea (formerly [Garena](/org/garena)) as a server developer where he worked on various interesting projects such as distributed image server, big data processing and a couple of Instant Messaging projects.

Prior to Sea, Wenbo was mainly with [STMicroelectronics](/org/st-microelectronics) where he designed over a dozen audio processing algorithms and was the principal inventor of four patented algorithms. Wenbo holds a Master of Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Wenbo received his Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 2008.

Wenbo Zong

At Openspace, Jocelyn is member of the investment team overseeing portfolio companies and opportunities in Indonesia.

Before joining, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Nomura Securities International, where she worked on the Mergers & Acquisitions team. Prior to that, she undertook an internship in Wealth Management with Bank Mandiri.

Jocelyn holds a B.B.A in Finance with a Second Major in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics from the [University of Notre Dame](/org/university-of-notre-dame).

Jocelyn Susilo

Yiliang Zhao is the Director of Data Science at Openspace Ventures. He has more than 10 years of experience in managing and developing end-to-end machine learning projects from ideation to production.

Prior to Openspace, Yiliang was J/APAC Machine Learning Practice Lead with Google, where he led the regional ML practice, oversaw ML pipelines and managed training/enablement programs/initiatives. He worked with multinational industry leaders including Fast Retailing, Netmarble, AirAsia, AU Optronics and UOB on various machine learning projects.

At Openspace, Yiliang works with portfolio companies to improve their AI and machine learning strategies, including project planning, machine learning use case ideation, technical deep dive, data science team building and enablement.

Yiliang holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University  (1st Class Honours).

At Openspace, Jasmine oversees accounting matters across the funds.

She was formerly with PwC Singapore as an Audit Assistant Manager, where she had exposure in the audits of private equity and infrastructure funds, hedge funds and licensed fund management companies.

Eunice Phua is the Finance Manager at [Openspace Ventures](/org/openspace-ventures). She has experience in the audit of the financial service sector for Asset Management in Ernst & Young for private equity, hedge, and mutual funds with added exposure in listed and private companies.

Previously, Eunice was a fund portfolio administration, for fund formation, fund accounting reporting and allocation, and investor reporting in private equity mezzanine debt, infrastructure, and fund of funds.
