Robert Gabriel Milasan

Robert Gabriel Milasan is an experienced technology professional with a focus on DevOps and software engineering. Currently serving as the DevOps/Teamlead for the Packaging Team at SAP Concur since March 2016, Robert oversees the management of the Packaging team and takes ownership of Artifactory and Quay, while also managing various package flavors. With a background as a Configuration Management Engineer, Robert has been instrumental in bridging the gap between developers and QA, facilitating deployments, and enhancing build processes. Additionally, as a contributor to the openSUSE Project since February 2012, Robert maintains several important packages. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at SUSE, where Robert addressed kernel and networking issues within the SLES and SLED distributions, and positions at IBM focusing on team management and system administration across various platforms. Robert holds an education from the Petru Maior School Group, completed from 1996 to 2000.
