Chris Prazak

Chris Prazak has extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors, currently serving as a Data Analytics Operations Reporting Specialist at OpenTable since November 2015, where a data analytics role was created to align operational needs with business objectives and data engineering reporting. Prior to this, Chris held roles such as Senior Enterprise Account Manager and National Account Manager at OpenTable and Softchoice, respectively, focusing on providing insights and leveraging technology for business success. Chris's earlier experience includes a decade at Cordua Restaurants in various management roles, overseeing new restaurant openings and training, as well as serving as Assistant General Manager at Pappas Restaurants, where responsibilities included managing operations and ensuring successful restaurant concepts. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and Conrad N. Hilton College.
