Simon Jones

Simon Jones has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in multiple companies. Simon began their career as an Intern in Human Resources at Citigroup in 2006. Simon then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at AlleyCorp from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined Gilt.com, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist, Manager of Compensation & HR Systems, and Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they joined KAYAK as VP of People & Culture, later becoming SVP and eventually Chief People Officer. Simon also worked at OpenTable and K Health in the same capacity.

Simon Jones earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Minor in Africana Studies from Gettysburg College between 2003 and 2007. Simon also obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2013.
