Kolyo Gerginski

Kolyo Gerginski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kolyo is currently the Head of Delivery at OpenTag, leading the delivery team. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Manager and a Technical Project Manager | Scrum Master at the same company. From 2021 to 2022, they served as an Engineering Manager at Paysafe Group. Kolyo was responsible for managing the engineering team. Earlier in their career, Kolyo worked as a Software Engineering Manager and a Senior QA Engineer & QA Automation Lead at Axway, where they focused on developing and leading the engineering team, as well as improving quality and efficiency. Kolyo has a background in automation and holds the role of Automation Specialist at Hydro Ltd. Kolyo Gerginski completed a short program in Quality Assurance at Software University, Sofia in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" between 2010 and 2012. Kolyo also earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Marketing, Trade & Management College from 2007 to 2010. Their earliest formal education was at Professional School "Gen. Vladimir Zaimov" from 1999 to 2004, where they did not obtain a degree. Gerginski has additional certifications in QA fundamentals from Software University, a qualification certificate for brokerage from Sofia Commodity Exchange, and a certificate for Manager and Internal Auditor of Management Systems EN ISO 9001:2001 from Alpha Quality Bulgaria Ltd.
