Howie Fung

Howie Fung is a seasoned professional in operations and delivery, currently serving as a Founding Member and Head of Delivery at Rikki Health since February 2025, leading the development of a groundbreaking Digital Health Experience Platform. Prior to this role, Howie held key positions such as Vice President of Operations & Delivery at Burrow Software, Senior Vice President of Program Group Management at Citi, and Vice President and Senior Director of Product Operations at Zipari. Additionally, Howie began a career at Healthfirst as a Program Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in December 2012.
