Dan Scaman is the VP of Strategic Planning & Analysis at OpenTech Alliance, Inc. Dan has over 25 years of experience in operations and management, with a focus on the public sector. Dan has a proven track record in business development, capture, and solution design for large RFP bids to the Federal government. Dan has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Dan Scaman attended the Indiana Institute of Technology, where they earned a BSBA in Management, Marketing, & Human Resources.
