Ajay Iyer

Ajay Iyer is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in DevOps and SaaS support, currently serving as a Senior Manager in both DevOps SRE and Premium Support at OpenText since January 2017. Responsibilities include leading the professional development of a global SaaS team, overseeing SaaS support delivery in a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, and actively engaging in customer onboarding and new product initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at EMC, where Ajay worked as a Tech Lead for SaaS solutions, and at Wyeth Research and Abbott Laboratories as a senior business analyst and consultant. Ajay holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
