Andru Nistor

Andru Nistor is a Principal Data, Business Analytics & AI Lead at OpenText, where they design and develop internal data solutions that enhance process efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. Previously, Andru served as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Process Excellence Leader at Honeywell, where they managed the Global Quality Console platform and developed significant analytics applications. Earlier in their career, Andru was a Process Engineer at Cablel Group-ICME ECAB S.A., implementing data collection systems that significantly reduced scrap and rework. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
