Gerd Kollakowski is a seasoned professional in account management with extensive experience in customer experience and cloud solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Customer Experience Management at OpenText since January 2019, Gerd has a strong background in sales and business development, having held senior roles at Oracle, Aptean, Salesforce, and Forrester. With a proven track record in managing client relationships and driving sales growth, Gerd previously contributed to major companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and BMC Software. Gerd co-owned and co-directed Kolla Möbelhandlung for a decade before transitioning into technology-focused roles.
