Joe Gazala

Joe Gazala is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at OpenText, Joe oversees TeamSite and other WCM products, collaborating across engineering, QA, support, presales, and marketing to advocate for customer requirements. Previously at Lexmark, Joe held various roles including Senior Research & Development Engineer, where Joe developed cloud solutions and drove usability improvements. As a Cloud Solutions & Services SME, Joe provided critical technical expertise and training for global teams. Joe's earlier experience includes founding CustomTek, where Joe secured multiple contracts in software consulting and enhanced hardware performance. Joe holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Baghdad.
