Todd Chernak

Todd Chernak is the Director of Tax Strategy & Planning at OpenText, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Chernak served as a Senior Tax Manager at Salesforce from 2020 to 2022 and held roles including Senior Tax Manager at Tableau Software and Tax Manager at Amazon. Their extensive experience in tax management also includes positions at Weyerhaeuser, Dish Network, and PwC. Chernak earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington, followed by a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
