Blake Hackett is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruiting and company building. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Dispersiv, Blake is focused on aiding researchers in transforming their inventions into commercial innovations. As Principal at monosearch, Blake collaborates with numerous partners including OpenView Venture Partners and Sharebird. Previously, Blake held roles at Sequoia Capital, Whatnot, Anaplan, Hobbs & Towne, Inc., and various organizations, amassing expertise in talent acquisition and strategic project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco, among others.
