Alison Conigliaro-Hubbard

Alison Conigliaro-Hubbard, ACC, CPCC, is the Founder and Head Coach of The Lens Leadership and has held senior consulting positions at Leading NOW. As a founding member of OpenWater Group and co-founder of WeWomenLead, Alison has demonstrated a commitment to leadership and development. Previously, Alison served as Vice President and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Riverbed Technology. Alison holds a Professional Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, completed in 2021.
