Alla Kartunen has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Furniture Design Consultant at Finskiie Kuhni, where they were responsible for creating design projects, preparing technical drawings, and handling product presentations. From 2016 to 2020 they worked as a Furniture Design Consultant at Bianta, performing similar tasks. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of QA Engineer at Top&Lab, contributing to the development of a CRM system with microservice architecture and conducting functional and non-functional testing of web and mobile applications. In 2022, Alla joined First Line Software as a QA Engineer, participating in the development of a web application for monitoring medicines movement, testing new functionalities, conducting regression testing, and analyzing requirements. Currently, Alla is employed as a QA Engineer at OpenWay, where they are involved in the development of Way4 digital payments software, testing new functionalities, analyzing results of automation regression testing, and analyzing requirements and PL SQL code.

Alla Kartunen attended Saint Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Specialis degree in Information Technology in Design. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications. In October 2020, they completed the "Basics of software testing" certification at Be-tester. Then, in November 2020, they obtained the certification for "Basics of test automation on Selenium and Python" from the same institution. Most recently, in July 2021, they achieved a certification in "Framework creation and automation testing on Java and Selenium" from Udemy.
