Amar Sirohi

Amar Sirohi has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Amar started their career as a Software Engineer at SuperTech Software & Hardware Pvt. Ltd in 1998. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at AKC Group of Companies from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined TSYS as an Analyst and gradually rose through the ranks to become a Senior Project Consultant. At TSYS, they managed medium to large-scale projects and worked with clients in Scandinavia, the Middle East, and the UK. In 2008, Amar joined OpenWay as a Technical Subject Matter Expert and later became the Program Manager and Head of Implementation. Currently, Amar is the Head of Delivery at OpenWay, where they are responsible for managing multi-million dollar product implementation projects/programs across Africa, Europe, and the USA. Amar has also played a significant role in setting up the Cyprus Office and strengthening it from a technical and functional perspective. Amar's expertise includes strategy planning, project management, budgeting, sales support, account mining, process improvements, cost optimization, stakeholder management, and team management.

Amar Sirohi completed their Bachelor of Engg. in Computer Science from Marathwada Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Army Public School in Dagshai and completed their High School education between 1989 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Amar Sirohi obtained the Prosci Certified Practitioner in Change Management certification from Prosci in September 2018.
