Pavel Dmitriev

Pavel Dmitriev started their work experience in 2001 as a Technical Service Engineer at Space Forces. Pavel then joined Peter-Service in 2004, where they held various positions including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and finally Lead Software Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for team leadership, knowledge management, and software documentation and technical writing management. In 2015, Pavel joined OpenWay as a Senior Technical Writer and later became a Key Engineer. Pavel then served as the Group Manager in the R&D department before taking on their current role as the Head of the Knowledge Management Department, where they oversee documentation management, translation and proofreading management, and knowledge management operations.

Pavel Dmitriev completed their PhD in Knowledge Management in the Software Lifecycle from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Mathematical Engineering from A.F. Mozhaysky Space Academy, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science, which they completed in 2001. Currently, Pavel is pursuing two additional degrees: a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master in Management and Team Management from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, starting in 2023.
