Vivian Tan

Vivian Tan is an experienced Implementation Consultant at OpenWay since October 2020, specializing in system migration for payment switching with expertise in protocols such as ISO8583, REST JSON, and SOAP XML. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, project management, and mentoring new joiners. Previously, Vivian held the position of Associate Implementation Consultant, providing solutions for the Financial Services Industry, and worked as a Front End Engineer at Automa. An earlier career includes roles as a web development tutor and software engineering intern. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Technology in Human Computer Interaction from Surya University and a Diploma in English Language and Literature from Dr. Leini Lee Education Center.
