Dr Olga Buskin

Dr. Olga Buskin currently serves as the HR and Sustainability Manager at OpenWeather, where responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, leading talent recruitment, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Previous roles include positions in various recruitment agencies as an administrator and market research analyst, as well as a business development manager at My Box Office. Dr. Buskin has experience as an editorial assistant at DFNI and has held academic roles as a health and safety manager and lecturer at the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine. A former health and safety analyst at Turboatom, Dr. Buskin has demonstrated expertise in strategic trend evaluation and incident management. Dr. Buskin is educated with a PhD in Engineering and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Construction – Work Safety in Construction.
