Nir Ungar (CPA, MBA)

Nir Ungar is a CPA and MBA with a diverse work experience. Nir currently holds the position of Director of Finance at OpenWeb since March 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller at Hutchison Water Israel from January 2017 to February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the consolidated financial statements of the group, analyzing financial results, managing cash flows, and preparing forecasts and budget plans. Before joining Hutchison Water Israel, Nir worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Israel from September 2014 to January 2017. Nir managed audit and tax clients, prepared and audited financial statements, and specialized in US-GAAP and complex accounting issues. Nir also served in the Israeli Air Force as a Courses Commander at the Technological College from 2007 to 2010.

Nir Ungar completed their education at Tel Aviv University. Nir started in 2010 and finished in 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they pursued further education at Tel Aviv University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Financial Management.
