Judith Gardener

Judith Gardener has extensive work experience in IT service delivery and management. Judith is currently the Head of IT Service at The Openwork Partnership. Prior to this, they were the Head of IT Service Delivery at MotoNovo Finance from 2018 to 2021 and at Jelf from 2011 to 2018. Judith also worked as a Customer Service Manager at Loomis from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they held various roles at 3663, including Senior Service Delivery Manager, IT Help Desk Manager, and Telesales Manager, from 2003 to 2010. Judith started their career at Insight as a Communication Manager / Sales Manager from 1999 to 2002.

Judith Gardener has a BA in Business Studies (2:1 hons) from Thames Valley University. Judith has also completed ITIL Foundation, ITIL Service Strategy, ITIL Service Design, ITIL Service Transition, and ITIL CSI certifications. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Prince 2, MCSA Microsoft Windows 7 Configuration, and Cobit 5. Furthermore, they have completed A-Level courses in Business Studies, Geography, History, and Art from City College Plymouth.
