Kay Lewis

Kay Lewis has extensive experience in human resources and people partnering. Kay started their career as an HR Manager at Cardiff County Council in 1995 and then became the Head of HR at Target Group from 2001 to 2004. In 2013, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Ops & Change Manager and later took on roles as a Senior People Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and Senior Manager Business Engagement & Responsible Business. In 2018, they moved to Openwork Ltd and held multiple roles, including Head of People Partnering, Head of HR & Partnering, and Senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR.

Kay Lewis attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Business Studies. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended Malvern, Worcester, where they pursued a BSc in Business Studies, focusing on Law and Marketing.
