Krystian Borek

Krystian Borek is currently working as a Principal UX Designer at OpenX since January 2024. Prior to this role, they were a Lead Product Designer at OpenX from July 2021 to February 2024 and a Product Designer from January 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining OpenX, Krystian worked at TVT Media as a Lead UX/UI Designer from May 2014 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all UX and design efforts at the company.

Prior to TVT Media, Krystian worked at Mediaflex as a Senior UX/Web Designer from December 2013 to April 2014. Krystian collaborated in prototyping and designing mobile applications and e-learning platforms and mentored team members.

Krystian also has experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer at Playlink S.A. from June 2013 to November 2013 and as a Senior Web Designer at Agencja Chocolad (IRR) from July 2011 to May 2013.

Before that, they worked as a Flash/Web Designer at SoInteractive from June 2009 to June 2011, and at Comarch from September 2008 to May 2009. Krystian started their career as a Graphic Designer/Webmaster at ADWEB - Interactive Full-Service Agency from May 2006 to August 2008.

Krystian Borek attended AGH University of Krakow from 2003 to 2006, studying Applied Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Empathy in UX Design, UX Research for Agile Teams, and UX Research: Lean Experimentation from LinkedIn in 2020.
