Opera North
Niamh Byrne is an experienced education and arts manager, currently serving as the Schools Programme Manager at Opera North since February 2024. Niamh has a strong background in managing arts and education programs, having previously held roles such as In Harmony Manager at Opera North, and Head of Placements & Student Opportunity at LEEDS 2023. Additional experience includes teaching various music subjects at Leeds Conservatoire and the Leeds Music Hub, as well as coordinating community engagement initiatives at the University of Leeds. Niamh's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Arts Management Policy and Practice from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Music from University College Cork and Wesleyan University.
