The Program Management and Support team at Operation ABLE is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various training programs and employment services provided by the organization. This includes managing program logistics, ensuring the effective delivery of workshops and training sessions, offering coaching and counseling to job seekers, and maintaining relationships with employers for internship and job placement opportunities. They work collaboratively to guide individuals through their path to employment, tailoring support to meet the needs of the underemployed, career transitioners, and military veterans.
