Brya Johnson, MSW, CD, PMH-C is a dedicated professional with a background in social work and women's studies. Currently serving as a Maternal Health Advocate at Operation Food Search, Brya works diligently to promote and support Food Is Medicine programs. With experience as a Virtual Postpartum Doula at Major Care™ and Founder and Doula at Abundant Spirit Birth Services LLC, Brya is committed to providing full-spectrum doula care to clients. Additionally, Brya has demonstrated their passion for social justice by serving on the Race & Equity Committee at City Year Seattle/King County. Brya holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.

Established in 1981, Operation Food Search (OFS) is a leader in hunger relief, nutrition education and advocacy serving the Greater St. Louis region. Each month, Operation Food Search helps to feed 200,000 individuals who struggle with hunger and food insecurity through our key programs: Emergency Food Distribution, Operation Backpack, Nutrition Education, Summer Meals and Fresh Rx. With a goal to end childhood hunger, OFS empowers families and helps children access the food they need.
