Theresa Haynes has demonstrated extensive experience in fundraising and customer service since 2010, currently serving as a Fundraiser for Operation Gratitude, where award-winning service is provided to disabled veterans and first responders. Prior to this role, Theresa worked at Wells Fargo from 2010 to 2013 in EPS Merchant Services, focusing on lead generation and business development to acquire new accounts. Earlier experience includes a position as a Call Center Representative at Mutual of Omaha from 2008 to 2010.
